2268.0. "sls user question" by MUNICH::REIN (How come holes in SWISS CHEESE??) Wed Jun 04 1997 10:48

    Hallo,

I never had a close look to SLS User options so now a question on this
    side.

When a user saves his files with a "storage save [...]*.*/volume=xxx"
command, is there automaticly created a history update or created a
    user history set??

I dont find any switch like '/hist' or similar?

    regards

    Volker

Me neither, but I think you should add "/RECORD" to your SAVE command
See SLS V2.8A Guide to backup and Restore Operations ch. 3.2.4 page 3-9
"Creating SLS User History FIles for User Backup Operations".
