Is it possible to transfer the SLS server database from a VAX system to an Alpha, simply copying the PRIMAST and history files directories and updating the definitions in the server and different clients TAPESTART.COM? I was wondering if there is a different RMS structure... (We are running SLS V2.8A on every node) Thanks Iolanda

I've done it at least once. But I must admit, I took it granted that it can be done and just did it. It was a few years ago, maybe using SLS V2.4 or V2.5. _veli | |||||
