    I have a 2 node VMS V6.1 system running SLS v2.6.  I just changed the 
    PRI from one node to the other, because we are going to retire one of
    the nodes and it will be a one node cluster soon.  Anyway, now when the
    tapes come up to be scratched, they are not being scratched, but being
    left ALLOCATED.  SYSCLN is running ok, I checked that.  I also ran
    cleanup.com and tapepurgex.com interactively and still no luck.  Anyone
    else ever have this problem?
