Louis DeFelippi 223-0127 PROXY::DEFELIPPI Does anyone know of an alternate source for LN03 compatible printer supplies, other than Digital? My neighbor, retired DEC employee, has an LN03 in need of a toner cartridge and asked if I knew of a supplier of less expensive, compatible supplies. All help is appreciated. Louis

You can try the Canon and Ricoh folks. The LN03 was one of their engines (can't remember which). Worst case, take the empty to the Office supply store and match canisters. I'm sure you'll find it. Mark

Indeed, at least here in Oz I've seen some "generic" toner carts that are the 'spitting image' of the LN03 cart's - so I would dare say he should be able to get the same in the US. Worst case is to buy the toner, and empty the toner into the cart. himself - though this could get messy ;') hth, H

My local OfficeMax store carries LN03 supplies even true DIGITAL brand and sells less than DECdirect. |
