This is a quite horrible question! Is there a document anywhere which
lists which of our PCs (current and legacy) support hardware Ring
Detect on pin 9 of their Comm ports? According to the documentation
I have read the facility is hardware dependent and depends on the UART
used. Since all our PCs in the recent past seem to have used LSIs to
form the comm ports I'm hoping that such a list exists somewhere. Can
anyone help?
Thanks in any case
