    ZDBOp (Ziff Davis Benchnark Operations, www.zdbop.com) has officially
    released 3D Winbench97, a DirectX-based (V3a required) benchmark.
    Some boards supposedly fail (Rage,...).  It only runs under
    Windows95 (the FX!32 folks have claimed to run "all of your
    32-bit Windows applications - including multimedia Intel x86
    applications" but your mileage will vary).  Cost is $5 for
    shipping; $1 for each additional CD.  There are ordering details
    on their web page.  I don't have room to post it locally.
