Given a MS Access database on a WNT system, what would be the best way

There's a product called ISG Navigator which gives ODBC access from
OpenVMS - I'd suspect there might be a UNIX version as well. Would
be worth checking.

Run IIS with Active Server Pages or DBWeb from the MS Download
area. Have the UNIX client access the data via a web browser to your
WNT system.
