2943.0. "Computer Desks?" by FREE::CAMBRIA (Still worrying about deck chairs) Thu Mar 06 1997 13:19
I couldn't find a subject with desks or furniture in it to ask. I could
have swore that one existed.
Anyway, I'm looking for a computer desk that will fit a full tower,
Note will not be entered in the conference
from time to time, but nothing on display ever had room for my tower.
I have something from Bush(sp?) that I use for a desktop, and I'm happy
with it (and the price, $100ish).
Any suggestions?
Thanks,
MikeC

| Butcher block outlets (there's one on Rt 9 in Framingham, MA)
typically have nice oak tables for @$100-150. There's nothing
computer-specific about them, of course.

| Re .0:
I have a computer desk from Bush that fits a tower; it has a
rectangular slot on the left side which was just large enough
to fit my Gateway 66V as well as a clone system I built in a
Jinco case. The desk has a sliding keyboard shelf and two
drawers on the right side; one small and one which fits file
folders. I believe I've seen this model recently at Staples
or Office Max here in Nashua.
