Working...
I've confirmed that the SIS5501/2/3 chip set supports 4 PCI bus masters
(not necessarily 4 PCI slots mind you), but your chip reference is to
SIS510x so I have to dig deeper. SIS510x doesn't ring a bell with the
support engineer with whom I checked. We thought all Venturis 5xxx
machines used the same chip SIS550x set, albeit at various steppings in
its lifetime. I'll have to find one of the system engineers...

Anders,
My alternate sources also say the chip set is SIS550x, so the best
answer I can give is that yes, the system does support bus-master PCI.
