1269.15 | pcANYWHERE give me error with Storage workbox | PCBUOA::WHITTALL | Thu Apr 24 1997 16:37 | 28 | |
I've run into a problem usin pcANYWHERE on my desktop at home. This is version 7.0 (I know latest is 7.5). Anyways, I've installed in the office (W95), no problem. I've also installed on 4 NT machines. There too, no problem, and I'm able to work from any of these 5 machines. Now, the problem is. When I install at home, if I leave the storage works expander box on (contains a 1G and a 2nd CD) I end up crashing. As soon as W95 boots up (asking network questions, etc..) and before I can run any application I get 'Blue-screened' with the following WINDOWS A fatel exception 0E has occurred at 0028:C025BDFC in VDX VMM(06) + 00005DFC If I hit <CR>, I get another 3-4 of the same messages with different addresses. If I shut off the expander box, I don't have any of the errors, and I'm able to run. ?? Any suggestions/fixes. This only occurs with the expander box. Thanks, Charlie |
