    Has anyone added a simple sound card to their Venturis 466?
    
    I already have a ISA/SCSI adapter controlling my CD-ROM.
    
    If so, what sound card did you use?

Got a request from a friend who is trying to get an AVER (?)
video capture board to work with a Venturis.  Seems that once
he plugs in the board, and tries to boot up, no video on
his monitor at all.  He indicates that the Venturis has
on-motherboard-screen-video, right?  So his question is:
if/how he can get the video capture stuff to work with
Venturis?

Any help would be most appreciated.

    If the "AVER" video capture card has its own VGA output, plug your
    friend's monitor into that.  The onboard video will be automatically
    disabled if the system detects another VGA bios out there.
