Sir, 
This is the HSM for OpenVMS conference, and we don't use *that* sort 
of language here. I believe you should repost this question in the 
DECWET::HSM-4-UNIX conference.

Thanks for the pointer.

The line which upset .1 was actually not my words.

It is the text from the mail sent to us by the customer.
I am sure the customer is not really serious, but simply wondering what 
was happening.

Will post in the DECWET::HSM-4-UNIX conference.
