1565.0. "trapping f6 w/line editing enabled?" by CSC32::J_HENSON (Don't get even, get ahead!) Mon May 12 1997 12:22

Is there any way to trap for an F6 key without disabling line editing?
My customer is trying to use out-to-band asts to do this, but it's
not catching the f6 if line editing is enabled. Unfortunately, he
needs to have line editing enabled for other reasons.
Thanks,
Jerry

| I'm seeing the opposite behavior. It seems to work with line
editing enabled but not when it's disabled. I'm uncertain of
the mask for F6 but I've been using 25 (same as Ctrl/Y) and it
seems to work alright for the most part.
Do you have a test program?
