First report on using Fuse T4.0
I did NEW to get a new project, activated several of my favorite tools (editor,
builder, search, man viewer), iconified them, activated the Size and Position
Option on the control window, saved the options, and saved the Project, and
shut down fuse to see how the restore would work.
It restored the tools, but didn't restore the windows as iconified, as V3
could do. So I think the Saved state of projects should encode whether the
tool windows were iconified or not, and their positions/sizes.
