Subject: [Q] editors in FUSE Date: 29 Mar 1997 02:36:46 GMT From: [email protected] (Phil Edwards) Organization: $home Newsgroups: comp.unix.osf.osf1, comp.unix.osf.misc Followup-To: comp.unix.osf.misc [xposted to c.u.o.{osf1,misc}, followups to c.u.o.misc] I'm using the FUSE package for some C++ development. I like a lot of what it has to offer, but IMHO the "FUSE Editor" is not the most productive editor ever designed. Nor, in this case, do I want to use any of the other three editors listed in the [In]Active Tools Menu (vi, Xemacs, emacs). I'd like to specify my own editor, realizing that a good deal of the inter-tool functionality will be lost (I don't need it just yet). I've read the man page, the online documentation, and I've looked through the default startup files, and I can't seem to find a place to specify another tool to add to the toolgroup. (Even doing only that would help.) Is this possible? Thanks for your time. /dev/phil

The kit also includes examples of integrated tools. You can find these examples in: /usr/opt/FUSE*/rundata/examples/EnCASE Karen Michaels DEC FUSE Engineering | |||||

Instead of /usr/opt/FUSE*/rundata/examples/EnCASE It's /usr/opt/FUS*/rundata/examples/EnCASE |
