Can someone look at the following network line and circuit statistics
and advise me as to whether or not there is an indication of a
network problem.  Is there anything else that can be gathered that
might prove helpful?

Here are NCP statistics for lines and circuits for both the FE and BE.  The
only thing that looks bad to me are some user buffer unavailable counts
and adjacency down counts.  Other than that, everything looks ok.

Can anyone tell me whether or not the network looks sound from the
following?
