    I need some urgent help or advice.
    A customer with an AXP in 6.2 DECnet Phaseiv experiences till this
    morning a lot of crashes.
    These crashes occur at intervals of 10 mn or 1 hour .
    They are all the same:
      NETNOTSTATE bugcheck in NETDRVNSP.
