    Hi!
    
    Is it a wanted behaviour that environment files from AXP PAscal V5.5 ECO 2 
    (V5.5-55) can't used by AXP Pascal V5.5 ECO 1 (V5.5-53)
    or is it a Bug ?

    Yes, that is expected.  Between -53 and -55, we added another piece
    of information to the PEN file format.  Traditionally, we only
    support taking PEN files from older compilers to newer compilers.
    
    Normally, we mention changes like these in the release notes.  In
    this case, the person who made the change forgot to do that.  I'm
    sorry for the confusion.
