If you see blank where the account is, do you also see a triangle pointing
down ? Click on that triangle. Do you see your account listed ? Click
on the account. Does that suffice as a workaround to your problem ?

...I know what its supposed to look like ,,,,and there is nothing there
to click on so I can't....
I try doing the right click thing from the menu bar and get the same
results ...

Well, you might try running REGEDIT and look at the subtrees under "software"
and then "Digital". (Look under both "local machine" tree and "current user"
tree).
You'll find the excursion subtree in which you'll see the control panel info
you've entered. Delete any of those subtrees. This will cause excursion
to LOSE the information, but perhaps it will then let you properly use
excursion control panel to reenter the information.
