| I'm having the same problem with losing account information.
I'm running NT V4.0-1381 SP2 on an Alpha with Excursion V2
installed (I've tried Excursion V3 and get the same problem).
The problem is the same as described - I can enter account
information, but it's lost as soon as I exit the account window
in the Control Panel.
I know that previous replies suggested that FX!32 was the
culprit, but I'm using the native Alpha version of Excursion,
so I wouldn't think FX!32 would be contributing to the problem.
Any help/suggestions would be appreciated.
thanks,
Roy

| If FX!32 is enabled, it will cause the problem. Even though you
are using the Alpha eXcursion binaries. Disable FX!32 and you will
see that you can then add accounts.

3057.11 | Disabling FX!32 worked | WRHS79::LANE | | Thu Mar 20 1997 17:09 | 9 |
| Thanks, Gary.
Disabling FX!32 worked. Once it was disabled, I was able to add account
information and it was successfully saved.
Once I added the account information into Excursion, I enabled FX!32 again.
Things seem to be working so far.
