I have a similar problem with Excursion V1.2.309 on NT 4.0

I'm actually getting the same error to 2 seperate nodes.
I added the target nodes to the Excursion setup and "Apply"'d it but
still
get the error. The target nodes are not a cluster alias or anything
like that.
Connections to other nodes on the same network work fine from
Excursion,
confusion reigns...

The changewindowattributes is probably showing up because there's no
window there to change. Audit won't allow the window to open in the
first place.
What exactly do you mean by adding the nodes to setup? Did you add
kaosmp to the list of valid nodes on the "access" tab?
