Hi,
We have old programs on VAX/VMS V5.4-2.(DEC/CMS V3.4)
And We moved those programs to OpenVMS AXP V6.2(DEC/CMS V3.6-10) for porting
to ALPHA.
We followed the release notes instructions, and renamed my CMS libraries
from 00CMS.* to 01CMS.*.(and created 00CMS.CMS that is NULL file.)
But now anytime We try to set the libraries We get:
CMS> set lib DISK:[CMSLIB]
%CMS-E-NOREF, error referencing DISK:[CMSLIB]
-CMS-E-DEFAULTDIR, default directory cannot be a CMS library
%CMS-W-UNDEFLIB, library is undefined
We can't upgrade both CMS on VAX and ALPHA because those machines are used for
common machine.
What gives, what should We be doing?

Oh, We are thinking only about "Moving Libraries" and forgot
this quite all...
Operatios are "Rename" and "Create", So We continued our operations after
setting dafault directory to CMS Library.
