Eva, what version of VMS are your customers running? If it is V7.0, how soon
will they be able to upgrade to V7.1 or V7.2? (I understand that V7.2 is not in
field test yet, but that version will contain the fix to this problem...).

Patch kits are being constructed as we speak. I'll post a note in this conference
when they're available. The VMS support org. has been fairly swamped dealing with
10,000 day issues, so processing of other bugfix patches has been slowed.
