204.0. "I think I can anticipate the answer to this." by KERNEL::ADAMS (Brian Adams CSC-Viables '833-3026) Thu Mar 27 1997 13:06

    This is a specific request from the SMO at SMITHKLINE BEECHAM
    I know it looks like other similar notes, but the SMO is insisting
    that it is reported. Also, yes, they do have MTI Stingrays, and they
    don't know if the firmware etc is up to date. So I am already
    anticipating what the answer will be.

    Here is the data they sent to the Basingstoke CSC.

204.1Known problem, fix available...CLARID::KREYERAndre KREYER, Sophia Antipolis (FR)Fri Mar 28 1997 09:4812

> I know it looks like other similar notes,
	Not only does it look like other note, but is is EXACTLY the same
	problem as entered in note 196.0 (30-Jul-1996) and note 91.14 from
	2 days ago... Whatever solution was proposed in those 2 note strings
	does equally apply to you... So tell me where you want the fixed
	kit copied to and voila...

	By the way, what answer did you anticipate?

								.Andre.

    Andre,

    Thanks for the reply, and please copy the fixed kit to

    If you have any access problems, please call Roland Scott DTN -833 3789

    > By the way, what answer did you anticipate?

    That there was already a fix, and that the people at the SMO hadn't
    read the notes.

    Cheers
    Brian.
