Am I correct in assuming that the clearVISN DECNIS Configurator is a free GUI tool
for our customers?

If so, will it be available via the NPB public Web page?  I have searched this page 
(as have my customers) for it and have had no success.

Yes the clearVISN DECNIS Configurator is free. The internal
home page is located at:

	http://www-engreo.reo.dec.com/ipeg/cdc/home.html

and the official external web page is:

	http://www.networks.digital.com/dr/cdc

Unfortunately, the external page takes longer to get updated
and as such it often lags behind the internal one. This is the
case at the moment, the latest release (V1.1) is currently
only available from the internal site.
