PROBLEM:
There is a known bug in version V3.1-9 and V4.0-2 DECNIS
releases which can cause the software to crash when running
X.25 Relay.
SOLUTION:
Customers running X.25 relay should not upgrade to V3.1-9 or
V4.0-2. This problem is being worked and this blitz will be
updated when a fix-kit is available or by 21-Mar-1997.

PROBLEM:
There have been reports of crashes seen in the V4.0-3 and V3.1-10
software releases. A bug has been found in the routing update
code - A recent change to prevent the update queue from stalling
introduced the bug. There are many different code paths which
can lead to the code where the bug is. The only common theme is
that RIP must be running on the box.
SOLUTION:
Customers running RIP should not upgrade to V3.1-10 or V4.0-3
This problem is fixed and being re-tested at the moment. The aim
is to release a new fix-kit on 21-Apr-1997.

PROBLEM:
This is an update to Blitz TD#2253 which described a bug in
the DECNIS X.25 Relay functionality. The bug was introduced
in releases V3.1-9 and V4.0-2 and has now been fixed.
SOLUTION:
Customers running X.25 relay should now upgrade to V3.1-11 or
V4.0-4.
