This isn't the conference that the VNswitch developers frequent
for discussion on the VNswitch family (irocz::common_brouters is
the correct place). However, some of them do pop over here to
answer questions etc. from time to time.
This question is probably best answered by the Product Manager.

Existing customers will get two RMON groups in a future software
release, I believe V2.0 of the software. Check with product
management, but it is safe to say that we are talking about
the 2nd half of this calendar year -- and probably earlier rather
than later. I think that the two groups are alarms and events,
but someone may correct me.
A future re-release of the X and E daughter cards will provide
history and statistics for those interfaces. These cards will
also support byte counters on those interfaces. Check with
product management about dates and upgrade programs.
