    			Hi,
    
    	I have the same problem as the note 3133,3266,3182.
    I have installed probewatch v3.3 on my hinote cs433 with 20 MB,running
    win95.But when i try to run probewatch the display disappears about 2
    secondes.I checked NSHOME,WSAVERS and license.cfg.I have the good
    license and on the good directory:clearvis\probew\usr\license.cfg.
    
    On the probewatch console,i have the message"error: can't open the
    license file "c:clearvis\probew\usr\license.cfg" 
    
    when i run c:\clearvis\probew\bin\instlic.exe (to create a new file
    license.cfg)on the dos display i have "error:can'tcreate the license
    file "c:clearvis\probew\usr\license.cfg"!
    
    		I accept all suggestion...
