    Customer reports the following problem with Flash Loader
    
    clearVISN 1.1a
    Windows NT V4.0
    
    clicks on the load button
    observes status message for 'polling...'
    raises an error box with the message
      Unexpected QuickWin error
    
    Has to use task manager to kill flash loader
    
    Had customer re-install multiple times.  
    
    Any ideas? Places to look? Specific files to check?

    And the answer is....
    
       Installed 16 bit version of the software!!!
    
    So, for future reference, the QuickWin message is yet another indicator
    that the customer has installed the wrong version of software on a
    Windows 95 or Windows NT platform.
