Hello,

I have a question regarding Router Manager.
A customer is using Router Manager to manage his CISCO ISDN Routers.
On a Router with 8 ISDN BRI Interfaces he gets 16 Symbols in the Box Map of 
Router Manager in Addition to that he gets a box for every PPP-Dial Circuit

When managing a Routeabout Central EI I get basically the same situation.

Is there a way to limit the Boxes i.e. to display 
only the physical devices ?

    Hi,
    
    there must be someone who knows more about this application then what
    is in the manual/help file ???
    Can some kind soul point to to more exhaustive books /manuals about
    this application so that I might find a way to accomplish what I asked
