    Hello,
    
    A major customer here in the UK is very dissapointed with the
    DECconcentrator 900FH. He purchased 16 of these and after 2 weeks, 2 of
    them failed (failed self test).
    
    He has now had a third one fail after 6 weeks use (also failing self
    test). All these concentrators are connected to DEChub-One (MX I
    think).
    
    Are there any known problems with these devices?
    
    Also the customer has had 2 concentrators that keep loosing power & he
    has had to wedge something against the microswitch to keep them on.
    
    
    I am getting details of revision etc, but would appreciate any help in
    the mean time.

    As Bill Wade has suggested in here, and I'll echo it.
    It would be prudent to log an IPMT case against the 900FH.
    That way all pertinent information related to this customers
    complaints would be fully documented and in one place for 
    the NPSS support folks to provide answers and a solution.
