    	I have a customer that is using the DeviceDB option in Clearvision
    and he either gets the following error when clicking on the deviceDB
    icon.
    
    ODBC Btrieve driver login failed
    Unexpected error from database driver 20
    
    or if that works and he tries to delete a device he gets
    
    Internal application error
    
    Has anyone seen these errors?
    Any suggestions?
