Hi there ,

I am not sure if this is the right place for discussion on Multiswitch
600/300.

However, Can someone explain the functionality of ports grouping on the 600
stack and the port based VLAN on the Multiswitch 300 ???

This is shown on a picture in the latest coloured catalog called The DIGITAL
MultiSwitch 600/300 Family EC-F7357-42 Rel # 772/97   1997 , shown on page 5 .

How do you map the 600 Ports Group to a link to the 300 switch and what about
if i have a number of Servers connected onto the MS 300 that need to be on
different VLANs ???

I could worked it out if there was a manual for the MS 300.....
