I know a port can locked on MAC Addresses ... is there any plans to
have a port on a repeater lock on IP Address ...
I realize that this is not nearly as secure as MAC level ... but
a customer (university) has this particular need ...

It's impossible. A repeater doesn't know what protocol your sending. It's too low level. You need a router to do this. One of our RouteAbouts would do nicely. -Mike | |||||
