I have a customer who has a terminal server 900 with an MP16 USRobotics device (16 modems - Courier V.everything) attached. He is having a terrible time getting the modems to operate properly. I would assume that they SHOULD work just fine and am right now assuming a cable problem - he can dial out but cannot dial in. He eventually wants to have a windows 95 PC log in to a Windows NT Server using RAS. Is there any problem doing this? Is there anyone out there ALREADY doing this (so that I can assure him?)? Is there anyone who has some experience with the MP16 US Robotics device that maybe had to do something special to get it to work? I know the 900 supports Slip and PPP which are both RAS options but has anyone already done this and has a working environment? THanks

You may wish to ask about this in the terminal_servers notesfile. -Mike | |||||
