            A DA90 will not pass self test.  Why we are not sure.
    
            The customer is trying to upgrade the firmware on the unit
            and can not.
    
            He has dilligently followed the steps to boot the unit to
            the cci prompt, load the loader image then load the new image
            from a load host.  The MOP error is a timeout.
    
            We do not know the current or last firmware image present on
            the DA90 unit.
    
            Short of swapping the unit what else can be done to load the
            new 3.1 firmware and sucessfully boot the DA90.

    	The customer only has MOP to load the firmware to his DA90.
    
    	Does anyone have a copy of 2.0 or 2.1 that can be loaded to
    	verify that the problem is not MOP, as per 3.0.1 release notes.

    on CSC32.
