    Hi,
    
    Just want to confirm, is it the 'right' notes to ask questions related
    to ClearVISN products (e.g. Router Manager)? If not, please someone
    point me where I can get answers to functions/features of Router
    Manager. There are customers in here, want to know more on it before
    they buy it, otherwise we just lose to HP OpenView again!!
    
    Questions from customer are:
    
    1) Data collection: would it be possible to 'automatically' collect IP
    interface traffic (e.g. link utilization) using Router Manager on WNT
    and the 'export' it to an ASCII file so that customer can produce
    report via MS office?
    
    2) How are we change the icon of the device discovered by Router
    Manager (since it uses the domain name of the DECnis as the label, can
    we change the icon)?
    
    3) Does Router Manager support IP map topology discovery (e.g. draw the
    IP map bu query routing information from routers)?
    
    4) Handling of SNMP traps, can Router Manager re-act on receive trap
    (e.g. trigger an user application, mail, etc..)?
    
    
    Is there any documentation in configurating/using Router Manager, I 've
    the clearVISN Configuration and Use manual (got it from 
    netcad::user$133:[online_help.clearvisn]aa-qx88a-tk.ps, but it is not 
    clear how to perform specific functions (e.g. alarms,event,etc..)

    It is fine that this is the place to ask question on Router Manager, 
    but it's not so fine if there is nobody really answering the questions.
    
    Also I have a problem, if someone asks general questions in a notes
    conference (which is a shared information pool) and he gets a mail 
    pointer, so the requested information is not shared with others, who
    have the same or similar questions !
