    How can I set up Router Manager to send alarms when the utilization
    of a serial link is greater than n% ?  
    
    	I have gone into the Box Map.  Selected Interface Utilization
    Thresholds.  Set the threshold for the link of interest by dragging it
    to my selected value.  I then clicked on the close window.  
    
    	Next I started the interface utilization graph to view the current
    utilization.  From it I can see that I should be receiving alarms
    however I get nothing in the alarms monitor or event viewer.
    
    	I swear this worked once and has never worked again.  What am I
    missing?

    p.s.  I've read all the manuals and the on-line help.  Personally I
    think they are crap.  They describe what buttons do but not how to use
    the product.
