Will ClearVISN ever support 1024x680 resolution? I know the installation guide explicitly states that ClearVISN only supports 800x600 resolution, but if we need to run ClearVISN with NetView NT (which requires 1024x680) the hub displays are messed up... Will the displays be redone to work properly on the higher resolution? thanks, rick

3738.1 | No fix planned for next release | STEVEV::VINGERHOET | Thu Jul 25 1996 09:46 | 8
There are no plans to fix this in the next release of MultiChassis Mgr (V6.0) A fix is not trivial and will require several screen changes. This does not mean that this problem will not be addressed in future releases. Steve
3738.2 | Clarification please? | CHEFS::PADDICK | Michael Paddick - BRS Bristol, UK | Tue Mar 04 1997 09:00 | 15 |
Can ayone clarify this for me? I have a customer running Windown 3.1 who wants to use 1024*767 today, and 1600*1200 in the near future. He has tried installing MCM on the 1024*768 display and says that the graphics look OK, but any text is messed up. Is the restriction for 800*600 in place on the current release, and what will be the support in the next one? Thanks in advance, Meic. |
