    A costomer of mine using Netview and V4.0.1 of Hubwatch is 
    experiencing lots of RMON rising/falling threashold events from his 900
    TM repeaters, to his Netview system.  The only time I have seen the
    above events is from the hub itself for power supply changes.  This has
    happened since he upgraded to his current version of hubwatch and
    firmware upgraded his repeaters. All repeaters are doing this, all
    repeaters have IP addresses.
