    Hi:
    	I have a problem when I try to update the Community Table on ver
    3.1.1 of Hubwatch it gives me an err of "Cannot write to file
    c:\hubwatch\userdata\hw_agent.dat" when I look at the file attributes
    it only has archive set and when I clear this it still wont let me
    write to the file and resets the flag! any Ideas?
