Hi. Anyone seen this at any customer site? I have a customer that tries to run a DECpacketprobe 900RR on a 16Mbit TokenRing network whit ~500 PC. The customer is only able to use the Packet probe for ~3-12 minutes then it hangs. You can't ping it and you can't loginto the console via the network or the physical console port. The only thing that helps is a power reset then it works for a cupel of minutes again. When it is up and running the customer can se any problem at all whit the monitoring that the probe is capable of doing. The firmware is upgraded to 2.6. I told the customer that she should try to deinstall some of the domains to se if the probe is able to stay up. Pleas is there any thing else that I might tell her to do ? Regards Lars Albinsson
