    DECagent 90 Hardware Revision Question...
    I have a custome with 4 Decagent presnetly running T2.0.14 software
    firmware who has been trying to upgrade to the lastest rev so he can
    use them with HUBwatch version 4.1..
    
    After many attempts and frustrations, he has returned them to MCS as
    faulty as he cant get any of them to upgrade.  One has no firmware now
    and fails toload Decagent firmware v2.0 by MOP with Transmission
    failures.
    
    The other 3 I am failing to PING. Could be IP subnet mask issue. 
    
    But my real issue that in the REV 3 DECagent 90 release notes, the
    restrictions are that the Decagent needs to be rev E0 or later.
    All of the DEcagents are REv B0 on the bac of the Agents.
    Doing a show option 3 on the menu gives the following;
    HW D01, Rom BL05  SW T2.0.14.
    
    Questiion: Is the HW rev my real problem?  And how do I get these
    Agents up to  hardware level compatiable to run Firmware rev 3.
