On a Windows-95 system I installed the followinf clearVISN components;

- Flash Loader
- Multichassis Manager
- Recovery Manager
- Router Configurator
- Router Manager
- VLAN manager

Scenario;
The system is freshly booted, so just a couple of background jobs are running, 
like Office95 and some Netware administrator functions.

When trying to start up Device DB, a dialog box (message box) appears saying
disc or network error. When the application is up and running and I press on the
"hammer" smart-button for device management, I get the same message and nothing
happens.

P.S.

I hope someone knowledgeable in clearVISN product package soon can identify 
themselves in this notes-conference, as there are a lot of entries not responded

    I too have been having problems with this part of the product but ONLY
    if I change the IP address of my PC running Windows95 with devices in
    the database.
    
    If I delete all the devices from the DB database and then change the IP
    address it seems to work fine but I accept this as one of the bugs of
    V1.0 as suggested in the readme file which comes with the product.
    
    I have found the only way I can get the database back is to reload all
    the software again (and I have done this MANY times due to the amount
    of use I am getting out of it)
    
    It may be a real pain now but I can see great benefits coming from this
    product.
