    I have a customer that needs to be running his active network on a
    GIGAswitch/FDDI running version 3 firmware (they have a need to be
    running Hunt Groups) and the customer is having major heartburn about
    only being able to manage their GIGAswitches using a MIB browser. Do we
    know when clearVISN Multi Chassis Manager for Windows will be released
    and how long it will take to get to customers? These folks want a copy
    of the beta version that's on my PC and I feel bad that they cannot
    have it. We (Digital) need to get the software out when the hardware
    product is ready, or the hardware is not really ready for production
    use by customers.
    
    Any suggestions on what we can do for this customer?
