I'm asked by customers of mine, how to upgrade existing HUBwatch and PROBEwatch for Windows 3.1 (they bought and installed the products very recently) to clearVISN MultiChassis and RMON Managers - for Windows 3.1 - for Windows 95/NT/Intel - for Windows NT/Alpha? Literally, is there any cost-saving program and what are the part numbers if they exist? Thanks, Alex

The key here is to have the customer "on contract" with the matching
"QT" part numbers for these products. If they do, they'll simply
receive the latest versions automagically. In addition, this is a free
upgrade from HUBwatch to clearVISN MultiChassis Manager if they are on
contract before 7/1/96.

For me, if Mr.Customer had QT-HUBwatch-XX he would have a right on clearVISN MultiChassis Manager for Windows 3.1 only. In .0 I asked about migration to Windows NT/Intel/Alpha also. How to do it? Just buy a new product or... what? Thanks | |||||
