| -make sure you got defhm324.bin and not defhu324.bin
-redirect to the concentrator and do "show current settings"
- see what it says about last downline upgrade status
-make sure you transferred the file correctly if going
from one operating system to another.
(I haven't tried this image myself, yet).

1. I donwloaded the image from the WWW page. Is there a way to verify
that the right image was posted (a rename error possible?) It seems to
be the same size as the DEFHU320 image. Is there some sort of header
info which a Windows app could tell us about?
2. I haven't done this yet, but will post it ASAP.
3. I transferred it from the WWW page to my MS-DOS system.
Is there any way to get more information about the "ERROR"? Seems
pretty un-iformative at this point.
Please try the image AFTER you have DOWNLOADED it from
www.networks.digital.com and please post the results. I'd like to
FEDEX this device to the customer today. Any extra effort you could
provide to me to diagnose this problem would be appreciated!!!

Well, it seems that I've found it. My entry in DCFFILES.DAT had an
extra "C" in PCOMMON, namely "PCCOMMON", but HUBloader didn't tell me
that. So, it is loading now...

| I have a customer attempting to use a DC900FH in a DEChub1 MX and he
tells me that the front panel MIC connectors do not lock ?
This is news to me unless we are saving another dime for different MIC
connectors on the front panel than the MIC connectors we are very
familiar with. His claim is this is the 3rd Concentrator with these
"bad connectors".
Whats up ?

| Jeff,
You won't get a reply in this note because it doesn't pertain to problem
in .0. So post a fresh note rather than as a reply to note 3553.
