3495.0. "A copy of the MAM mibs" by STOSS1::GRISSOM () Mon Apr 29 1996 11:44

    The MIBs on the MAM contains the lan interconnect status, that is the
    network topology of the hub. Is there any where within HUBwatch a copy
    of this info. If not, other than taking pen and pad to hand, how can
    you save or copy this info. The question is, if this module breaks and
    you need to replace it, how can you save this info before walking off
    site.

    Clearvisn resilience or a pen and paper are the two choices, I think.
    See other notes in this conference on the Resilience product (soon
    to have a new name...)

  Use clearVISN Recovery Manager. Perform a complete backup by selecting the
  hub900 manager, and all slots in the hub; an immediate restore would be a
  good idea to guarantee the validity of the backup.

  Do not even entertain the thought of using pen & paper to record the state
  of hub900 backplane connectivity - I'd place your odds of success via this
  route at less than 1%.
