Uhm could you be more specific with *which* # led is blinking and
the rate of the blinking. It's important as this may possibly indicate
(as I suspect) that the # led blinking is the port 1 # led and may be
the unit doing a bootp because of the possibly corrupted image.
The more I hear of HUBloader failures with upgrading modules, the
less faith I have in the HUBloader product.
The alternative way to have upgraded the 900EE would have been to try
an in-band load via the 900EE's console (redirected from the MAM
console screen), and then doing an interactive load from the 900EE
console screen.

In order to clear up things about the leds, here is their status
after the upgrade.
Power led on
Module OK led off
Port state led for port 1 blinking green(once per 8 secs)
Port state led for port 2-6 off
Network port activity for port 1 off
Network port activity for port 2-6 off

Ok this to me is a clear indication that the bridge did not complete
writing the image to flash or the image CRC check failed.
It's doing a bootp. You'll have to set up a node (if there isn't one
already), to act as a bootp server. Once you've verified that you
have a bootp server on your extended LAN. Then verify that the bootptab
file or whatever its equivalent is on a PC, is set up to load the 900EE
image to it. Connect a cable from the port 1 AUI port to your active
LAN which the TFTP server is on. This is the default port used for
the bootp load path. If all is set up on the node designated as the
TFTP server, the 900EE presumably should load the image configured
on the TFTP server for the 900EE.
