Is it possible to configure a DECswitch 900EF with both front bezel FDDI 
ports as M and S, then connect two systems with SAS MMF (DEFPA-AA) 
"S" to the EF M and S ports.

    I'd suggest that you leave the EF ports as A&B (default) and connect
    the two DEFPAs to them.

    	     A      B

    Works fine and is a valid config.
